The OROS Board of Directors honored Perry Willis, outgoing Executive Director, with a retirement reception prior to his final board meeting.A group of retired board members, present board members, friends and family gathered at the OSSAA Building to honor Perry The people present told stories about Perry then the Board of Directors presented him with some gifts of appreciation for his 19 years of dedicated service contributions as Executive Director of the organization.
