Associate Member Information
You
must
be
an
active
associate
member
to
display
at
the
OROS
Fall
Conference.
Associate
members wishing to purchase booth space at the
conference will need to complete the following forms and return them to
the appropriate place. The Exhibitor Agreement Form should be filled
out and returned to OROS. The Exhibitor Contract Form should be filled
out and returned to the Convention Center.
The
booth
spaces
are
6'
by
30'
with
one
table
furnished.
The
cost
is
$300.00
and is payable to OROS and must be paid prior to the
conference. Any charges due the Convention Center should be sent
to them.
There
is
only
space
enough
for
approximately
25
booths
and
they
will
be
awarded
on
a first come first serve basis except for those that sponsor
various activities at the conference.
